The service

VoiceMason lets professionals send voice questionnaires and receive AI-generated summaries of the answers. It is provided by VoiceMason ("we") on an as-is basis while in beta — features may change and occasional downtime can happen.

Your responsibilities

• Only send questionnaires to people who expect to hear from you, and use answers only for the purpose you told them about.
• Don't collect health information covered by HIPAA, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers through the service.
• Keep your login and API key private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use.

AI-generated content

Summaries and drafted questionnaires are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them — especially for legal, financial, or other professional decisions. Your data belongs to you; we claim no ownership of your questionnaires or your clients' answers.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMason is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta, that's $0).

Termination & changes

You can stop using the service anytime and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll notify account holders of material changes to these terms by email.
